Pauline on USB (ETH)

Since the 12/26/2021 update, Pauline can be connected through USB (RNDIS function).

This new version also creates an MTP drive.

Use a USB cable to connect the micro USB type B connector of the DE10-Nano card to a USB type A port of a computer.

In this mode of operation the IP address of Pauline is :

IP address : 192.168.168.1

The date and time are not automatically sent by the network anymore and has to be set manually every time power has been restored:

  1. Open a Terminal (putty or MobaXterm).

  2. Type the date command to display the current system date and time.

  3. To change the date, the command syntax is as follows:

date MMDDHHmmAA

MM = two-digit month

DD = two-digit day

HH = two-digit hour

mm = two-digit minutes

YY = two-digit year

Once installed, an RTC module can save the date and time automatically.
